Paul Kalemba is an award winning, multidisciplinary first generation Australian artist. Their broad and inquisitive practice ranges from painting, photography and video, to assemblage, public sculpture and intervention, and often centers on collaborative process.
Paul's practice combines traditional and contemporary processes in response to ethereal experiences within nature. It is inspired by the intersection of phenomena, myth, and natural science, with stories of place and ecology. Both their studio work and public artworks are represented in permanent public and private collections, both in Australia and internationally.
